Hunting公司任命Arthur James为首席执行官

Hunting PLC公司(伦敦证券交易所：HTG)宣布，由Arthur James(“Jim”)Johnson担任首席执行官，自2017年9月1日起生效。Jim将于原执行长兼首席执行官Dennis Proctor退任的同一天接手Hunting。

Hunting于1992年加入Hunting公司，自2011年以来一直就任集团的首席运营官职务。他的一部分职责就是管理Hunting全球业务的日常运作，非洲、亚太地区、欧洲、中东和北美地区的区域经理直接向他汇报所有事务。

Jim在Hunting期间担任过多名高级职位，其中，2000年至2011年间担任美国业务总经理。在此期间，他对Hunting的产品提供和服务能力的发展起到了重要作用。

Appointment of Chief Executive

Hunting PLC is pleased to announce the promotion and appointment of Arthur James (“Jim”) Johnson as Chief Executive with effect from 1 September 2017. Jim will succeed Dennis Proctor who will retire as Chief Executive and as a Director of Hunting on the same date.

Jim joined Hunting in 1992 and is currently the Group’s Chief Operating Officer, a role which he has occupied since 2011. As part of his responsibilities, he has managed the day-to-day running of Hunting’s global operations, with regional managers in Africa, Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East and North America reporting directly to him on all matters.

Jim has held a number of senior positions within Hunting and between 2000 to 2011 he held the position of Managing Director of US operations. During this time, he was instrumental in the development of Hunting’s product offering and service capabilities.

Jim is a US citizen, and will be based in Houston, Texas, USA.

Commenting on the appointment, Richard Hunting Chairman of Hunting PLC, said:
